The calculation base, line by line
Our commission is charged on the platform's net payout. Neither the cleaning fee, which is passed on to the guest at cost, nor the tourist tax, which is not yours, enters that base.

These costs exist whichever company you use. We would rather name them than bury them in a higher rate.

Frequently asked questions
- Why show the rate both excluding and including VAT?
- Because both are used. The VAT-inclusive rate is what is deducted from your payout. The rate excluding VAT is what appears in your books if you are VAT registered, with the tax itemised on the invoice. A rate quoted without saying which is a seventeen per cent ambiguity.
- What if my flat does not get booked?
- You pay nothing. The commission is a percentage of income actually received: no night sold, no commission. There is no fixed subscription running in the background.
- How do I get paid?
- The platforms pay you directly, into your own account. We invoice our commission separately. We never hold your funds, which removes the counterparty risk.
- Can I stop whenever I want?
- Yes, with a short notice period, no penalty and no justification required. Bookings already confirmed are honoured to the end, which is as much in your interest as in the guests'.
